Power_Man Posted August 31, 2015 Author Report Share Posted August 31, 2015 yes bad jetting can cause some pretty big havoc on how well it runs.. sputtering, cutting out, bogging, ect..... I figured your jetting was more so close to being on point hence the look over on electrical. You will definitely want to get your bike jetted or atleast try to, IF you keep chasing jetting and constantly getting different results such as Clean top end but bottom never 100% Clean up bottom but then your 3/4-wot never 100% Clean bottom and top but never have a clean mid range Those are signs of an electrical issue or cdi... Jet your WOT then get your pilot settled then needle. Okay, ill focus more on jetting. i changed out the stator/pickup and flywheel only for it to do it more. so then i switched coils and boots. still did it.
