00BlueShee Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 I have 270 main jets in my carbs now with pro circuit pipes, .35 over shaved head, boyensen reeds, polished air intake ports, and a UNI Pro- Fow air inake with open air box. I want to add v- Force reed cages, What should I do to my jetting when adding this ? If I just drop down the main to a 260 should that be ok? Quote
Banchetta Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 Leave the mains and run it... If you never adjusted the needles then it might go better. If the needles are already spot on, then you might have to drop the needles one slot...I'd run it first and go from there... Quote
Toomey Banshee Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 I didnt have to change my jetting at all for my V-Force. Some people have had to up their pilot a size or two. Quote
