Strm Trpr
So, which pipes perform better for carving the dunes, PC's or T5's?

lowidenfast
I just swapped my T5's for Pro Circuits. Haven't installed them yet but I mostly trail ride and the T5's are hard to keep in the power band. I think Pro Circuits will be a much better fit for me. I'll report back once I try them out
Strm Trpr
Doesn't JD's new to him ride rock a Serval? Shearer's rip on Servals!! I'm not a fan of SLP's on a Duner. I rode my buddy's 89 dune port and it was lame how abrupt they signed off. I had to jet it fatter everywhere to get it to rev. They got better, but we ran out of jets. I told him to get more jets but he said it was good enough. If he's happy with it, then so am I. Now if you're building a trail tractor Banshee, then SLP's are an excellent choice. lowidenfast
I rode his '87 with the SLP's and it pulled really well. It was also the first ported 4 mil I'd ridden at the time but I liked them It seems JD prefers Shearers to SLPs on his new bike I rode his '87 with the SLP's and loved it. It was also the first ported 4 mil I'd ridden at the time but I def liked the torque and bottom end it made. I need all the bottom end I can get for the shit I ride in
lowidenfast
I need a tractor banshee most of the time haha
Strm Trpr
I need a tractor banshee most of the time haha As you know, SLP's have a ton of bottom-mid, but I do not like how they straight fall on their face. My buddy's 89 developed a wicked steering wobble at speed, so I called it off, but I never found the top of 6th gear with the T3's.
slag_350300
I have a set of toomey t5 pipes and silencers if you end up looking for a set
Strm Trpr
Check my mod list Haas.Already rockin a set of T5's.I've ridden SLP's.They make a ton of mid-range, but peter out super early. For a Banshee that is a trail riding tractor they're the shit. For a Dune port, they suck farts out of elephant asses!I've ridden CPI's but that was a 485 PV Cheetah, so that didn't count.I've gotta line up on a set of PC's that I'm gonna try out soon. lowidenfast
I finally got to test out the Pro Circuits and I freakin love them. So much more bottom end but I can't tell that I have lost any top end, still revs out nice. These are what my bike has been missing all along. Going to work much better for the type of riding that I do

gusto
Sold them to fund CPIs. Have not tried them yet as my bike is in build mode. Also picked up a set of snipers. I have a 4 mil play port.
