ninjamaster Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 What is the differance between the Toomey T5 and T6? Are the sclincers the same size? Which have larger pipes and look better? Do they sound the same? I heard that the T6 is a low to mid range and the T5 is a top end pipe. I dont want a 2 to 1 because I like dual exhaust Quote
Oilsmoke Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 What James West ( Toomey's Tig welder ) told me was the T6's are bigger around than the T5's. Quote
Demon350 Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 i have T6's and ive had problems since i got them with the carbs so i havent been able to floor it yet. but S.Toomey told me they are a top end pipe and come on very good with the power, im not sure about T5's as ive never saw any1 here with them Quote
ninjamaster Posted November 30, 2003 Author Report Posted November 30, 2003 Im not trying to drive anyone nuts with my pipe selection but. Will I lose bottom end if I get these? My friend put on trinities and had to go into the motor to get his bottom end back. If I take my stock quad and just add these will I lose bottom end? Will my bottomm and mid be less then stock? Thanks Quote
Demon350 Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 i got my toomeys fixed and all i can say is....THEY RIP the power is emmence man, no way i expected so much power from a pipe !! i think the bottom end was a little better or was it just the noise they made anyways the top end comes on real good and no way the power they put out i wuld have expected Quote
