m671054
OP, have you ridden the Flexx Bars? Do you really think it's worth the extra coin? Yes i have ridden with them. They help eliminate the small stutter bumps. I think they are worth it. That or maybe try the precision clamp.
m671054
+2+1 stem is on the way. Omi stem clamp also. Looks like a stock banshee renthal replacement is 15deg. To get the same in a height in a flex bar not using a riser the +2 is mandatory. Might end up going with the precision clamp setup. Anymore input on either flex or precision is appreciated Edited July 26, 2015 by m671054
Whitbread
I have the flexx bars and I love them for woods riding. I angle them back just a touch so they pivot more in line with incoming bumps as others have said to do. I can't go back to any kind of rigid bar. Got them off fleabay for about $125 if I remember correctly.
camatv
i just put flexx on my yfz conversion. they are bad ass. between the mucho better geo of the yfzee chassis. quad rate front end anti vibe stem and these damn flexx bars i find i can ride way way way longer and not feel anywhere as drained they take som much of the jarring and suddent HIT out of everything. its just bad ass. they are worth every penny if your fat and old they are worth even more. im 280lbs and crusty old joints.. plus i really like the yfz seat, bars, motor placement geo over the LSR outlaw i had.. hard to say but its more of what i like seat, combo wise. on acceleration i can hold on to the tank better and push forward with my feet to take the speed much easier.
