volcrano
A bog is lean. If it's stuttering it's rich. So u were lean before and switched to pods that's why you are super lean. What is your pilot? Is it bogging low, mid, high? If that compression is right than the motor is shot. How did it run before u switched the pods? Sandking
Start by checking the compression and not with a harbor freight or rental tester. Snap on would be great but expensive. I found craftsman to be good and affordable. If you were near me I would do it for you.
volcrano
What gave you the indication it was rich on the bottom?

And I'm positive it was rick before because of the plugs, black and really wet. When pods came in I put in a fresh pair and after a few test runs they came out bone dry and white Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Jorge_pg
you got the banshee home or still at the shop? shop still, almost a week and a half
volcrano
Ok stuttering is rich. Do you know what your pilot is? With pipes you are going to need at least a 27.5 and quite possibly 30. My ported 4 mil on race gas is a 32.5 and will pull tree stumps out. My girls bike is a stock everything but pipes and it needs a 30 pilot. It odd because I have an air box on too, but it passed a leakdown with no drop. Some bikes are just different and want what they want. The only way you are going to tell is to experiment. A 300 main you might be slightly rich with a stock.port. is it ported or spacer plate? Actually no I think with pods u might be there or possibly need more. Don't run new plugs when jetting. It will take a hot while.to get.color. with your old plugs the color will change quick especially if you are lean. I would run the air screws in and see where your bottom goes, then either run an air box or get some duct tape and tape half the open box off and see if it runs better. That will tell you if you are rich or lean. Then check plug. Start getting a good color.on.the porcelain and a little oil around the bottom thread base and do a plug chop. Jorge_pg
So is he rippin into it or waiting on the word from you? changing jets are easy, replacing rings is easy, theres not much on any 2stroke thats real hard ta fix if you just pay attention and take your time. And like Deadbeat mentioned, by coming here you basically have the banshee encyclopedia right in front of you. I talked to him yesterday and he said he was going to take a look at the rings and pistons. Also for the people asking about the mains and pilots, main is a 300 and pilots is a 27.5 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
O/CbansheeRider
The bike would only start behind a truck with that compression. Pick it up and fix it yourself. You need to tell these guys your location and altitude so they can help you with jetting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
tfaith08
What's your location? My recommendation is to go get it and pay whatever is owed at this point. Tell him that you had something come up and you want to get it before the bill gets too high for you to pay it. Once you do that, come back and let us know. We'll go from there.
