Sandking
Did you have the trans rebuilt or did you buy a used one. You may have bought one that was also wore out.

Sandking
When my second gear went I sent it to Redline. He saw a lot more wear than I did and replaced 4 gears. Just saying the new trans may have been wore out and you didn't realize it.
possum
2nd gear has a brass bushing it rides on the shaft. That can wear and cause wobble. The shaft can wear and cause wobbly other gears also. And you can have worn or missing washers/shims inbetween gears itself. So many things to check, but its real easy to do.
lowidenfast
I had the same experience as Sandking. All of my transmission issues were with 2nd gear. I sent mine off thinking only 2nd would need replacing and the builder tore it down and showed me the cause of the issue plus bad wear on other gears that I wasn't having any trouble with (yet). In the end, I replaced 4 gears and forks. I also had him do the ProMod. Shifts smooth as butter now and haven't hit neutral by accident since. sheerider1026
Bent fork. You replaced everything but the forks and still have the same problem. Want to buy a clue?
