Stevenhaines02
Everybodys hate and insecurity about the use of a degree key vs a plate aside...can somebody answer a simple question for me..... To advance timing, should the flywheel be degreed clockwise or counter clockwise on the crank. Thanks.
tfaith08
Degreed counterclockwise. Sent from over there.
tfaith08
I would personally degree it right into the trash can. Doesn't matter if you turn clockwise or counterclockwise. Sent from over there.

sprinklerman
You'd be much better off just slotting the stock plate and trash the key. Sent from my SM-G900R4 using Tapatalk
Larry's Shee
Been running a Vito's key for four yrs, no fucking problem. Had it not been with extra parts when purchased, probably wouldn't buy one, slotting plate is free.
Coupelx
The key does NOT keep the flywheel from turning. The taper does. the key is to simply locate it properly. Want proof of this? Go pull the drive pully/clutch off a honda odyssey, no key. You will want to install it so the flywheel is rotated counter- clockwise of its original position as you are facing it.
