BANSHEE HP
Do you set the gap on your plugs?
JCSO605
I have but at this time no. Cause of third gear stumble????
JCSO605
I think I'm gonna drop the needle down a clip since its extremely rich and since the stumble is when I punch the throttle from second, Fuck it
J-Madd
I've had plugs look like that after a several good 300ft runs. I just assumed the plugs were gapped correctly on yours. That may be an issue

dozer
the carbs on mine are .122 main and dump egm needle .096 pj 60 pilot.
JTmachining
Box gap is wat I use to. Unless u have new plugs and make a full pass and then shut off...that's when a plug reading is done to tune. Pics don't show electrode ur prob not even close to lean
BANSHEE HP
I wasnt saying the not gapping the plug is your issue but its a question that no one asked yet and it does matter. IMO it needs more fuel, more than a couple times weve seen bikes chase all sorts of issues thinking its electrical or clogged or some how messed up carbs. swap their .120 dump tube carbs out to a set with .125 and the bike goes up and down the track. This would be on 465-535 and whatever a 14 mini twister is.
JCSO605
Finally got her running like she should. 55 pilot air screws two turns out, .122 dumps .115 mains like loco suggested! Pjs about 3 turns in from wide open.
