Have you tried to play with your needle clip position? Where is your bog at?

You shouldn't need anything other than stock needles. You are nearly stock. Drop to a 27.5 pilot. Replace your rings. 120psi is shit. 5N7 needles are stock. 2 turns out on air screws is stock. First things first. Pull cylinders off and replace rings and re-hone (if piston to Cyl wall isn't over .003). You will be a happier camper.

120 psi is shit? Most fresh stock rebuilds put out 125-130 psi. With a stock head. Unless he's running an aftermarket head, and I overlooked it. Explain why 120 psi is considered shit to you. I'm always down to learn.

So i jus rebuilt my motor in the winter time and kicked it over in april for the first time i have maybe 6 total hrs on it and i kick 125psi with stock head and +4 so your sayin re ring it now then??
