doug Posted May 16, 2015 Report Share Posted May 16, 2015 Hi Guys, I'm not getting any spark on my Banshee. I've read through and followed the banshee electrical guide, but had a couple of questions: 1. Does the TORS system eliminate spark? (I wondering if I can disconnect the TORS wiring to see if something TORS related is causing the problem) 2. Does anyone know what the resistance should be on the Orange and Black wires that go to the coil? I've tried my friends coil, spark plug boots, cdi, etc., and tested the stator and nothing fixes the issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Doug. This malfuncions commonly when none or part of the TORS system has been removed. Unplugging the TORS brain will eliminate this issue even if the physical TORS system is still intact. 2STROKIN_IT Posted May 17, 2015 Report Share Posted May 17, 2015 I agree REMOVE THAT CRAP!!!! It's really cheap, it's saves you headaches and it cleans up the engine compartment.. Given you don't take any "beer" breaks it should take less than 2 hours max to remove tors and clean your carbs up real nice. I say about $60 for complete tors removal kit with drill bit and tap!!!
