ZILLAKILLA Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 I am looking at a set of Elka shocks Stage 3 fronts and Rear shock. Seller says they are setup for +2+1 A-Arms and +1 in the rear. My bike has stock front Arms and +4 rear swingarm. They are already setup close to my weight. Is this going to work for me or would I need to change the shock setup. I bet a normal weekend warrior type rider won't notice. The rear may be a little more noticeable. I personally like the front a little stiffer. rjayb Posted May 18, 2015 Report Share Posted May 18, 2015 and why do you say that?If they are set up for stock arms with the extra leverage of the +2s, the springs might not be able to hold up the valving.
