Manny's MX build

your going to need to take some time to get used to them. I hated them at first. Now nothing else compares

Definitely, the first time I tried them on a friends bike it felt weird being able to feel them flex so much but I also don't remember which color elastomer color he had in there and the sweep along with rise he had gone with was uncomfortable to me. So I'm starting out with the yellows on both sides and see how that feels.

I have reds. I want to try lack on the up side and yellow down.

You must have the old version or just came with different colors? Mine came with red, yellow and blue.

I got 4 colors.

Black is almost solid. I'll get pics tomorrow.

I believe I have black. I've been drinking.

I may not. I don't know now.

Needs a Honda throttle and ODI lock on grips with custom engraved rings.

Hahaha nice..From what I read you can make whichever color a little harder if a certain color is almost perfect for you and you want it a bit harder then all you do is tighten the nut to compress it more, making it harder instead of having to move up colors and then it being too stiff and the recommended amount of threads showing off the nut is supposed to be 3mm.

No way the chariot throttle with the extended lever is too pretty to switch out for anything else haha. I can't see it being any easier to push than the chariot. I may go back with the ODI's and do just what you mentioned I had just the grips before and liked them a lot the colors were just plain. I have a different set of grips coming that I'm going to try out and see if I like, if I don't I'll probably be going back.

So I mounted the TM skid plate. As far as fitment goes it fits pretty well but either doesn't line up with the front bottom mount of the a-arm or the bottom one as you can see. You can move it around to get it to cover one completely but it just leaves a space open on the other. The front mount at the top doesn't fit over the frame completely but enough to get it to stay. Also on the left side (while sitting on the bike) mount they didn't fabricate to fit I had to grind down material to get it to squeeze in there but not a big deal. Might be to some though, I'll include a picture so you guys can see what I mean.

Just spoke to one of the guys at TM, I sent him pictures of how I modified the bracket to fit and they're going to try and replicate it and get a banshee in there to test fit it. I let them know about the front bracket needing to be a tad longer also and they're going to fix that also. So if you guys decide to purchase it anytime in the future hopefully they have it worked out. They'll be sending me new brackets and hooked me up on some goodies for the info great customer service.
