redmaze
Has anyone used aluminum brightener on there cases? The bottom of my case has some stains from previous owner and I'm trying to get them cleaned up for new build.

trickedcarbine
Eagle one stuff for wheels does a decent job. Any cleaner would require blasting.

camatv
if you bead blast put bolts in all the threaded holes. dont slam the gasket surfaces. and any bearings need pulled or taped/ geased closed like the clutch arm bearing. THEN clean the holy shit out of them in hot water. or if you have access try and find an ultrasonic that can do alluminum or hot tank washer like what some auto repair shops and most any engine rebuild shop or trans shop should have.
