protoolsuser81
Well I recently swapped my banshee engine for one that was ported and it just so happened the clutch was super easy to pull. I let my old engine go which had a brand new tusk hd clutch but man that thing was a chore to pull after I replaced it. Now my banshee clutch is slipping and I want to replace my clutch but wondering if I can use these old springs that are really easy to pull or with that effect my clutch? I flew off my snowmobile this year and bent my thumb back when I landed and messed up so ligaments or something but it hurts to pull a heavy clutch so I'm trying to avoid that and keep is nice and easy to pull. wayne_smith97
New clutch kit and and 30 dollar msr lever and you would be surprised how easy the pull is. Also get a new cable
trickedcarbine
ASV lever, new cable, fresh clutch kit. You can take it a bit further and use one of the lock up clutches. They allow much less spring pull and use weights under centrifugal force to apply the clamping pressure instead of really stuff springs. Whitbread
Pick up a used hydro clutch and run 3 hd springs/3 reg. I thought something was broken at first because my streamline pulls so easy.
