1999shee Posted March 25, 2015 Report Posted March 25, 2015 Stock banshee with toomie t3 and fmf just did a uni pod set up 300 main 30 pilots elevation level to 600 starts and runs good may be a but rich needle 4th clip. As soon as I pull the choke out it dies ..... what's the problem.? Quote
Phelps Posted March 25, 2015 Report Posted March 25, 2015 lol i told a doctor once that it hurt when i lifted too much weight.... his response? stop lifting too much weight. in other words stop pulling the choke while its running lol Quote
1999shee Posted March 25, 2015 Author Report Posted March 25, 2015 Lol I kinda expected a comment like that but seriously Quote
1999shee Posted March 25, 2015 Author Report Posted March 25, 2015 Has to be some sort of issue it should still raise the idle even of its warm not choke it out unless it's feeding so much fuel it's dying iut Quote
1999shee Posted March 25, 2015 Author Report Posted March 25, 2015 Any help full comments before Loco gets ahold of me ? Quote
Phelps Posted March 25, 2015 Report Posted March 25, 2015 it's dying because it is ffouling the plugs with fuel. a bike should die if jetted properly and at temps... the extra fuel is for a cold combustion chamber. cold equals more air which needs more fuel. Quote
1999shee Posted March 25, 2015 Author Report Posted March 25, 2015 And that's what I wanted to hear it's 73 in my shop so it makes sense now . Thank u Phelps Quote
Phelps Posted March 25, 2015 Report Posted March 25, 2015 no problem. and on a 2stroke it goes backwards. rich will pull rpm's down. lean will bring them up "lean rev" unless we are talking a alky bike then extra fuel will cause high rpm's. Quote
1999shee Posted March 25, 2015 Author Report Posted March 25, 2015 What do u think of the build my first one ground up. Think she turned out okay Quote
