Help! advice Jetting for Port, Pipes, Intake. All info from pinned post below

Hey i would really appreciate if someone could give me advice on how to jet my banshee/type of needle to use for my circumstances. All info is below.

My main goal is longevity, should have plenty of power through this setup. not sure how to mix fuel, thinking  32:1. Open to opinions!

 

 

 

1) What type of aftermarket exhaust do you have?
Toomey T5 w silencers
2) What type of airfilter do you have?
Toomey 2-1 with outerwear
3) Are you a)running a stock airbox with lid cool.gif stock airbox with NO lid c) Stock airbox with vents d) no airbox at all

5) What size pilot jets are you using?
STOCK
6) What size main jets are you using?
STOCK
7) What temperature is your Banshee jetted for?
60-80 F through summer. also will be riding in spring/fall 10-35 and in between each 35-60
8) Do you have a port job?
Dune port Mccoy
9) What kind of carbs?
STOCK
10) What size carbs?

Why woulf I get pods these filters flow awesome and I drive tons of dirt roads. And you don't reccomend the toomey needles?

Toomey filter is ok, not flowing what pods do though. Toomey needles, well that's a lot of coin to spend when the OEM needles do just fine. I've tried DynoJet needles, Vito's needles, and Toomey needles. Always went back to the good ol fashioned OEM/Mikuni needles.

what if i were to use a ported 4mm setup? how much bigger would i have to go?
