superfastyfz450driver
So I just got my new cub cylinders from a sponsor on here and pretty un impressed with the finish quality on the intakes. Tell me what you think. Any drag or high rpm ported jugs I've seen had the dividers or separator plates sharpened or made to form a nice transition. These are still very blunt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
#1JUANstunna
What's the exhaust look like? Looks as cast to me.
locogato11283
If you knew anything about porting cylinders you wouldn't be paying a sponsor to do it. I'm guessing you have zero clues about what you're even looking at.

Phelps
smh.... the customer dealers hate to sell too... this is not a water pipe..... only so much air is going to get through the port openings regardless of the shapes in front of it. Nightmare
Have you contacted said builder about your displeasment instead of starting a thread that's more than likely backfire on you? HMMMMMMMM!
superfastyfz450driver
Herr jugs. When we do our 4 stroke heads we polish up the divider so it makes a nice smooth transition. These are still pretty blunt. Any other drag port job I've seen the dividers have a nice smooth edge like the leading edge of an air plane wing. And yes I did pay to have someone do that because I did not want to work on these. The exhaust ports look awesome. The intakes at the cylinder ports do too. I Just believe it could have been cleaned up a lot more in the transition areas of the intakes instead of it being so choppy

superfastyfz450driver
Already contacted him. Asked him why it didn't look like his other drag ported cylinder finishes and he just said well that's a fully drag ported cylinder
