Glorfindel
How much degree of rotation is there in the timing plate. I know most aftermarker ones are -10 to +10 of timing. (I can't see any pictures you posted at work so if this info is there, I am sorry) Mine will be -1 to +5. I didnt put the mark for the degree yet 'cause i have to check a couple of things. So i will make the first one without marks and fine tune from there. trickedcarbine
Mine will be -1 to +5. Down the road you may want a motor that runs better with more timing. Or if you sell it, it would be easier to get rid of.

Glorfindel
It will take about a month before cutting it.
Glorfindel
Fist phase done. The 1/4 tool was not cutting right, so it left some material. No worry, it's the peototype! Everything will be corrected on the second one

Deadbeat
nice work, i dont think these are available anymore if you want to make something useful, id put quite a bit of emphasis on strength if you want to sell them though, if it fails peeps are really going to get hurt http://www.banshee-parts.com/bansheeblaster-temperature-gauge-mounthandle-bar-clamp-tto-mount-billet-alumin/
Deadbeat
maybe a 2 piece unit that encapsulates the gauge so you dont have to sacrifice any clamp strength
