Strm Trpr
have you heard of SLP pipes?
Strm Trpr
Have you tried them? No, but I'd like to. Have you?
Strm Trpr
Yep, the graphs are pretty impressive. I'd like to see a little more RPM out of them. I still need to port my motor and run the T5's before I plunk down for new pipes.
trickedcarbine
Doubtful the SLP's will be suitable on the 421 and up stuff. I may be wrong, but it's Possible they would be good for a tight woods serval I suppose if that's all ya did with it.
gusto
They did awesome on a 421. Also, thought Cam had great results with bigger motors.
sheerider11
My buddy is ordering a set for his 4mil hjr motor. Were gonna see how they do on that. Stock carbs Vf3 Mx port Pump gas
gusto
Rechecked some info. I guess they were used on a 472 with same results. Gotta love that they can handle bigger engines
trickedcarbine
Weren't they tested on a 421?I've only seen stock cyl stuff. Anything posted on the interwebs?
sleeper06
I like the r2s they never took off but for an inframe pipe they heve the smoothest profile I have ever seen
gusto
I am truley hoping GRR puts out a great pipe with tq
camatv
if you like to revvvvvv the bike you will not like slp. they are very similar power wise to a t-6 but much more low end potential.. if you look at the graphs that are posted. you will see they fall off about 9k like a fat chick out of a lifted truck.. BLAM!!
RustyBillet
I don't ride it much around here, I want a great all around duner. That being said, we spend a mixed amount of time on trails at LSOK and making runs like from south to north camp. I don't mind fighting a bit to keep it on the pipe and we keep a fast pace everywhere we go. 2 years ago it was stock with T6's, last year T5's, 28's and more paddle. I'm unfamiliar with how this Serval is going to act i.e. keeping it on the pipe with Rockets or Shearers.
trickedcarbine
Serval won't be much fight if any.
