joeytvr Posted January 30, 2015 Report Share Posted January 30, 2015 99 banshee bored .080 over prox pistons fmf fatty pipes and silencers carbon and fiberglass dual stage reeds stock ports timing is at +6 right now running the br8es plugs Gearing now is 13/40 320 mains need to jet a little leaner Single airfilter lid removed from stock box Big mostly just used for trail riding etc. And grudge racing I have a machine shop so I can mill the head. I'd go 35mm carbs and if u ever make it bigger or port it you'll have the carbs already. Porting is everything. Wiseco pistons all day Agreed. Porting the jugs you have could wind up costing more in the long run (new cyls + new porting = $$$). But who knows, you could run the ported top end for years.
