lil Doobie420
I didn't use tubes just washers inside and out. Impact till the washer sinks into the rubber a lil ways.
dragbanshee98
i always have used Kold Kutter screws and put 3-4 per lug on a XC style rear tire. use a fairly new tire so they have more of a lug to screw into. you will not need tubes as long as you do not puncture the carcass of the tire. there is big difference between regular "zip" screws and the ones that are designed for this stuff. the head of the screw is designed for ultimate traction and tested over countless hours
trickedcarbine
We're talking a serious drag set up, kold Kutters aren't gonna cut it. Not even if it's a dedicated ice bike. I thought the OP was wanting studs for hard packed dirt type surface?
