shughes11
I am doing a frame up build over this winter. Its going to be the whole 9; 10mil ported super serval with every bell and whistle from redline. I want to make this bike glow. Chrome and black seem to be included in my generated image of the finished result. While its apart its going to get some fresh PC. I'm leaning towards a black frame, spindles, and hubs. I have OCD with the cleanliness of my quad so I need something that's going to look great and easy to maintain. Anyone have a black and chrome bike? Or black PC in general? Tell me how you feel about it.
locogato11283
Anything dark colored will show scratches and shit more than a lighter color.

shughes11
black anodized is more of a matte finish, correct?
sprinklerman
The "anodized look" PC can go either way depending on top coat. Have you looked at prismatic powders website?
possum
wants easy to keep clean, but wants the toughest color to keep clean. makes sense!

sprinklerman
A bike is either clean or not....whatever color it is. Although I'd suspect a white frame would show any scratches / stains/surface rust the worst.
Burke
Powdercoat it whatever color it looks like it is when it's dirty
shughes11
White looks good but its a pain maintaining it. I thought black because the 2 stroke oil spats won't be exposed.
kawa110
Strip it down to bare metal and powder coat it clear

shughes11
I'll stick with black and chrome. Then some small white PC pieces here and there within the bike to throw an offset on it (handlebars, radiator hoses, plastic piece in front of the radiator, shit like that). I've never seen a scheme like that before.
vrx46
Silver vein. Looks dope and doesn't show any scratches or dirt at all
