zillakilla02
It was cool when I bought it in '96 Then out of style for a decade or so Now, retro-cool I love the retro's.. I think the white and electric blue was cool too I think that was in 92?
hoppedupandcutdown
92 was the white and a light pasty (sissy) blue, a friend bought one new. 98 had the nice electric blue.

vrx46
Thanks for all the kind words guys, I wish it was faster but I really am more interested in the custom aspect of it. I'm tryna focus on making it look the best cosmetically! I am going to strip it after the season is over. I have some stuff planned for it that will really make it! vrx46
I love the retro's.. I think the white and electric blue was cool too I think that was in 92?I have the teal tank And rad cover from 92, and a custom cascade seat cover that is like the one I have on now with the yellow. But instead of the yellow it's the teal. And the purple is spot on with the plastics! I am trying to design some Oem graphics in the blue color for the side of the tank cover and then I will put it on. Most likely I will put it on next season when I powder coat the frame black. vrx46
They are around, you would be surprised how many sets are out there. Most people took them off the quad and swapped them back when they bought the quad new because they didn't like the color
zillakilla02
Yeah good point most people aren't man enough to rock the purple hahaha I'll look around
hoppedupandcutdown
Absolutely must have all the holes punched in your man card to rock a purple quad. With the possible exception of DDQ.
