Hey guys I need some work done to a honda style carrier. I need 35 thousandths taken off of the clamping surfaces. I have tried all my local guys and they dont have time to bother with a 30 dollar job . So if someone can do it or recommend someone who can please do.

Ive worked in a machine shop its a ten min fix I do understand they have an operating cost but I will not pay an extravagant amount of money just because you really dont want to do a lower paying job . A lot of these places do production and fab work so a quick fix isnt worth their time.

It wont fit in the swingarm. Its a banshee arm. Looks like lonestar.

Is carrier housing warped from welding? I can turn the carrier down.....but I won't guarantee it not to slip inside a warped carrier housing. I have turned one of these before to remove chain rash on both the sprocket end and the offset center section.....that was a fun setup in the lathe.
