jetting help

 What jetting I can use to start? I have a 26mm stock carb, 20 dume, drag port, 66mm piston, +6 timing, t5 pipe, elevation 4000ft (El Paso Texas),k&n pod 6"

What fuel, I'm assuming race fuel? Should be. But different race fuels can require more then regular premium.
