Bennett131
In all fairness to Jerry, my issues were with a different style head.True but I would imagine the stud holes were all in the same place, however I can't be certain. sheesfast
My Chariot wouldn't come close to dropping on my Serval cylinders. Jerry said bent studs or cylinder studs not drilled straight. Stock head dropped right on though. Ended up drilling all holes out (17/64th I think) and got it to work. sheesfast
Not knocking his products either. Love the one piece design, it was just a pain to make fit. It's worked fine since I got it on and he was quick to answer my e-mails about my issues.

sheesfast
Oem head holes are bigger than the Chariots. Never compared the Chariot to my Pro-Design though.
trickedcarbine
He claims they are that tight so they don't move. OEM Suzuki studs should fix it.....
gusto
i am probably the only one on this site running a D&D. It has been absolutely trouble free and i like the two piece design.

trickedcarbine
So you sent him a PM and he fixed the problem?
Bennett131
Says no stud removal, and certainly doesn't say anything about using oem suzuki studs.

red96shee
Is 150 bucks a good deal for a brand new chariot cool head.
J.J.
My Chariot Super Duty head fits tight and has to be perfectly aligned before it drops down with a push. No issues at all. If your motor is stock, consider spending the money elsewhere.
