tuning problem

I went from clamp ons to air box w/o lid and k&n and adjusted the air screw back to factory settings. Then I attemlty to dial it in correctly and the quad will not stay running on the right side.. it keeps oil fouling the plugs. I put in New plugs and it will run fine for a few seconds then will start to bog and eventually die out on the right side. I have adjusted the screws all the way out to 2.5 turns - 1 turn out and still does it. So I figured I'm Gonna need to rejet. I'm currently running 35 pilots and 330 mains and ordered 32.5 pilots and 310 mains. The quad ran perfectly fine with the clamp ons so I'm pretty sure it isn't a spark problem, both sides have a spark. Jets will be here on Thursday or so. Can someone tell me why it would die out like that?

Drop down to a 30 pilot. Very doubtfull you would need anything larger with stock carbs.

Set air/fuel screws 1.5 out to start with fine adjust these after youve synced your carbs correctly

make sure idle screws are set properly so both slides are resting on the idle screw and in sync.

Finish syncing your carbs.

Alright, cool. And for a while it has been doing some sputtering at WTFO, it has been doing it a while, any help on why its doing that? It only does it when it wants to, not all the time. I'm gonna check the flywheel and stator and key, but it looks like both plugs have a spark about the same... Really bugs me.
