02Bansheeee
I've been researching the best tire for dirt with some good life as well. I've been running the mxr6 holeshots and the are about dead now, they lasted me about a year... What are yalls thoughts on the kenda klaws or knarleys? Pros and cons? sheesfast
Depends on what your using them for. MX tires are going to be different than trail or drag tires. I have 22" Klaws and they seem to wear well and hook good for my riding conditions.
02Bansheeee
They're mainly for trail. Did you shave the knobs for traction? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
vrx46
Kenda Klaws last I've found out but holeshots have better performance, Maxxis Razrs are the bomb tho, way better then any tire out there. The price sucks on them tho

dave5.0
What he said^^^^ I just bought a full set for $210 shipped to my house. Six play and identical to a Razr 2.
m671054
How are they on hardpack for summer riding. Also any traction advantages by running a 22-23" tire over a 20?

Haven't ran mine yet. They just look cool sitting so far.
m671054
Was just wondering cause i went out this weekend on some new douglas mx tires and it was horrible. i think they spun all day. But conditions were bad. Like concrete with marbles everywhere.
camp0429
I run 20" knarlys in the woods and for me, they do great for loose dirt and such. They totally suck if its a little greasy though imo.

trickedcarbine
No idea. Haven't ran mine yet. They just look cool sitting so far. Let us know how those perform. If they are as good or almost as good as my old Razr's, I'll definitely get a set at that price.

I do think they hook up better when in soft terrain direction, even on hard terrain. They are a harder compound tire so will wear better. Maxxis Razor 2's are great also, especially for muddy trails. They are kinda heavy though and pricey, but wear well.
