tyler73
my 2006 banshee won't idle when its cold more then 3 seconds but when its warm it idles just fine it also sounds weird at the beginning of a rev when cold like its falling on its face and some times it dies when i do that the only mods on the bike is t-5 pipes and silencers, v-force3 reeds k&n filters with no air box at all and I'm not sure about what is all done to the carbs besides tors removed
sheerider11
Sounds lean then. Pull the jets. Should be a 27.5 minimum. Might possibly need a 30 if your up north and get really cold.

BUILDER
Does it idle when cold if you leave the choke pulled out? Need to look at see what size main and pilot is in the carbs.

tyler73
only ride when it's warm lol yeah the whole idea is i want it to idle while it warms up so i can get my sand rail fired up and ready to go why the banshee is warming up with out me on it trying to keep it running till it warms up
BUILDER
when it finally starts up the choke automatically goes in by itself Hold the choke out half way with your hand and see if it stays running. Pretty much sounds like your pilot is just too small. Really need to pull the jets out and see what is in it.

BUILDER
You need to remove the carbs to take the jets out and make sure you only remove one at a time that way you do not swap slides or get anything mixed up between them. You should probably have a 27.5 pilot and somewhere around a 320 main jet in the bike with the mods you listed
