Bennett131
All of the ones that hold the plastic on that you will see anyways. The treads under the seat I'm pretty sure are the same too, the 3 that hold the hood on though I can't be sure.
Starwriter
The 3 that hold the radiator plastic are smaller. Don't know the size. I'm not near any of my bikes.

registered user
Aluminum is a better choice than ti in non critical areas. Its cheaper and weighs less. ktm has went to aluminum fasteners on most the non critical areas. was scratching my head at first because i had never seen anything like that before
Glenyboy
Street bikes have been running these for years, they use them on fairings and the front screen. I used to have some in my scooter. Have you looke on ebay? They have loads on there.

JTmachining
Wana save weight wid plastics? Don't use any lol. Aluminum is lighter than TI. TI is stronger than aluminum n lighter than steel. Steel is heavier than both but stronger than both.

JTmachining
Actually steel is weak unless treated. 1040 has a UTS of 90ksi. 4130 has a UTS of 81ksi. Grade 5 Ti has a UTS of 130-140ksi. Both 1040 and 4130 can have a UTS of 150-200ksi once heat treated though. U wana talk metallurgy? I don't. Use PVC IDGAF.
