oregonsandsports Posted October 11, 2014 Report Share Posted October 11, 2014 do i think?? how many shees u fliped?? na go ahead and rattle can them or plasti dip em cuz that doesnt have lenny a skwiggy rittin all over it!! u can spray bedlinner to not look chunky and gay.. it is popular at least hear in the northwest, i would buff and clean if scratches arent bad, but if u paint over scratches that are bad they will look worse and hacked, i use in ur situation a type of rattle can hard undercoating that has worked well 4 me and looks good on the right color combo, I personaly have painted lots of plastics in my body shop, i do it for a living!! thier high silacone and hard to do right, ie getting paint to bite, ur just tryin to make a buck and linner or coating is just a thought, ive done it and got compliments some people like it some people dont...hears a pic of some i had that were chewed up and now look good on a red and black bike.. Depending on how rough they are, you can start with something like some 120 and work your way up. Then get some plastic releasing agent and clean them good.
