locogato11283
What's really funny is Windy thinks every poster here is a stupid clueless fuck unless it involves company bashing. Then Windy is right on board.
sprinklerman
get back at them? They sent me the wrong engine, did you skip all of that?According to you. ....who has already proven by your previous posts , that you are clueless. So why would anyone assume you know what you're talking about?
sprinklerman
64mm wiseco high comp pistons (stock size), I have an instinct the builder did not do the port job he claimed, or if he did do a port job, he rushed it just to get it down the lines. sprinklerman
I have no pics for the ports, but I already know they haven't been touched. Why would those be worked on if nothing else was..

That's part of why I made an account here is to ask questions, not look at stuborn comments.

sprinklerman
East Coast ATV "claims" they did the port work during the rebuild. I sent my engine in for the 4mil stroker rebuild he has advertised on Ebay. There was a thread discussion about his crate engines that I was reading before I created my HQ account. I really wanted to tell everyone my experience dealing with east coast atv so I created an account. I was ripped off and completely disappointed dealing with ECA and I would never send a engine to them again. Dave, the owner of ECA, says he did an aggressive port job, but my dynometer testing says bullshit. Do not send any work to them, you will be so discouraged. I could give you so many details of what I had to go through dealing with them, but anyone who reads this will get the point. Here you say you joined because your motor didn't make the power you thought it should on someone's dyno. Too many inconsistencies and unproven allegations. ...by someone who calls wisecos "high compression Pistons " and measures stroke with a tape measure..and who just ASSUMES the motor isn't ported. sheerider11
Listen I have been to east coast, I have my own stories. But sprinkles is right. You are just assuming it isn't ported. Pull the intakes to confirm. EMAIL THEM. This way you can save everything and do what they say.
Stone MXshee
LOL how else do you measure something? and It says I created this account to tell everyone my experience dealing with ECA. It never says I joined because my motor didn't make the power I thought it should on someones dyno. Go find something else to do man. Have it completely documented BY SOMEONE QUALIFIED. ..then present them with the actual ,true info .

WINDYCITYJOHN400
I had a bike thru my shop about a yr ago same thing , it went to east coast atv for a 4 mil and port and dyno tune , it came to me because it wasn't running rite. After diagnoses and a reed check, pressure test I isolated problems with machine . Needless to say owner wasn't very happy I found stock stroke crank with Vito's cut pistons,34pjs jammed in stock boots and he jetted around air leak 68 pilot 178 main no port work , needless to say he wasn't happy I trust Carl for honest info. ^^^^ So when you hear info like this and then have a guy who was supposed to get a 4 mill and it's a stock stroke.......who cares if it's ported?
