KAMIKAZE
Hey guys been reading up on this swap a lot but can't seem to find pics of anyone using the ally frame Some are saying its the yfz r frame but in Australia it's what we get after 2009 Any reason for not using it ? That's the 2 side by side Any info or pics on the swap with the later frame would be great

sheerider11
I would assume just for the fact of not being able to tack parts on for mock up and getting someone good enough for the right price to weld it all together. KAMIKAZE
Well I have tig at home so thats not a problem Just thought there might be more to it since its a better/lighter frame

trickedcarbine
The swap is easier on the steel one due to ease of re fabbing on it. Plus they are cheaper. I have no idea what the differences in handling are on the two frames though.
KAMIKAZE
This is all I can find on the later one I would be looking at a swap with inframe pipes, nothing like this bike haha Making the mounts is no real issue either way
rjayb
Anyone working on one of these? LED has been making some really nice in frames for yfz hybrids. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

dozer
that exhaust was a set of inframes cut up to try out for a lil while. my brother was supposed to have a custom exhaust built but ended up abandoning that project. it actually ran and drove just fine like that but looked retarded.
