ETR174
Because I don't need it. I have stock head, cylinders, and radiator and it doesn't go past 190°.

What the fuck does that have to do with temp...so if you have stock everything theres no way an intake boot can rip...lean out the bike...and smoke your cyliders...that temp gauge would be your first indication sonething bad is about to happen.... Your right though...you dont beed it your jetting is spot on....

ETR174
If there was a tear in the boot you would be able to feel it. The throttle would take a long time to calm down, ect. I could like look at those go cart ones.

You won't know if your bike starts to over heat when your impeller fails. And I'm willing to bet my next 10 pay checks that of your bike started running odd, you'd continue to ride it because your dad says "that's what banshees do."

ETR174
Yes in the throttle. Also this is a different computer kit and I've heard of multiple reviews of it on this site working fine.
sprinklerman
"Computerized" banshee FTW.
trickedcarbine
I am reading that the Trail Tech Vector kit is having better reviews. It has a lot of similarities to the Vapor but this shows your total distance too and it is $10 more. I think I will go with that. I already run BR8ES plugs so I'm set with the resistance. You've heard it's over rated, why get one? Are you hoping to beat the statistics and get the one off ebay that actually works? Why spend good money on a gimmicky part? You can probably do a few other things to it that you'd be happier with .

ETR174
Actually I could get myself a YFZ450 rear shock
trickedcarbine
^ why? Those to do not work on a banshee. Good reeds, nice head, ASV clutch lever and fresh cable, brake and shifter levers as well as handle bars that fit your linebacker stature more comfortably, tires, used shocks or A arms, rear axle. ETR174
You can run YFZ450 rear shocks on Banshee's, you just have to cut out a part on the slot on the swing arm. You know what I should get a new clutch cable. I still need to see about getting a new throttle adjuster. I broke one trying to crack the but loose to adjust it.
