Whats a good gear ratio for my fat ass?

Recommended Posts

Ok. So ive tryd 8 paddles, 9s and have 10s now. Some spots i cant keep the front end down on the launch. But in pismo where it counts all i do is spin and cant get a good launch. I ran 12 40 13/45 13/44 and now 13/42 and it still spins a lot. I would wheelie down the track but never off the start. Im runnin 22-11-8 10 paddle sls 73ro. Alky 375 stock cylinder lr override lockout etc. Scared if i gear it too high i wont be able to take off in second. I beat a lot of bigger bikes with lighter riders just need to fifure out this launch. Im 275 lbs i ran everywhere from 3 to 10 psi and it didnt make a difference

If you would man up and hang all that weight out the back i bet you would hook for sure. rider weight placement in your case makes a big difference. Or learn the lockup so the clutch slips out of the hole and the tires dont spin out. Then when your moving the weights let the power come in. Realisticly you need to master the first part
