Hi guys,i think i need 27.5 pilot jets but just wanna make sure im right about that.

-Sea level

- 35 degrees celsius (95F)

- fmf gold series and power core 2 silencers

-K&N in box air filter without lid

-280 main jets

-25 pilot jets

-v force 3 valves

Since i installed vf3 valves the bike doesn't wanna idle at all,i cleaned carburetors and changed the needles so it got me to think its cause of the pilots, need your opinion, thanks

FMF recommends 30 pilots in their instructions when you purchase their pipes. I really think either size pilot will work with tuning with AS adjustment.

Yeah but does FMF know what's done to every banshee motor running around? No! Each setup will want something different depending on the build.

tnx guys,i really appreciate your input, have to check for air leaks again and float level cause it seams like I'm getting way to much fuel all around(spiting unburned fuel out of exhaust) float needles and seats have been already changed,i also removed boost bottle and plugged the holes for good.

Thank you for pointing that out special, I see it now.

Yep- stock engine is what I was referring to and by looking at the OP's specs.

Did you verify float level is within spec? Seems it should be about 21mm if memory serves me right?
