m671054
Wrong bowls on carbs? What about your wiring repair on your prior repair? Maybe no ground for everything now?
ETR174
They're the correct bowls. I did try swapping the coil plugs and no go. Also it ran for a few minutes prior and it ran like shit. Could it be a possibility it flooded out?
ETR174
This is the best advice anyone has offered. How about no1: I would never trade a Yamaha for a Honda (my Banshee for that matter) 2: I don't give a fuck how long and how much effort it takes to get it running, it's shits like you that fuck around and bullshit when I ask for honest help. ETR174
Got it running! 280's and 25's. The 27.5 pilots flooded it out. Put the 25's in, burn off the rest of the gas and it fired right up. Did a little pilot tuning and is top notch! Thanks for that 280 suggestion trickedcarbine it works well! I'll post a video to YouTube for you guys to see yourself!
uman1030
FMF pipes call for a 30 pilot directly on their website. If a 27.5 was too rich then your air fuel screws are not adjusted properly.
trickedcarbine
Nice tidbit of knowledge. In my experience, rich bikes kick easily. It takes a lot of pilot or electrical issue IMO to really flood a motor. Edited August 26, 2014 by trickedcarbine
