Stator (prefer 200w dc kit), kick starter, Ignition Coil pac, flywheel, after market levers(clutch and front brake), and cheap rear sand wheel and tires. Just something that will get traction for her to ride on. She will not be drag racing. The number of paddles is not as important as availability of inexpensive.
