Bennett131
K&N isn't just a name. Go buy the knock off K&N. Then you can come asking why your cylinders look like the pistons were made of rocks. There has been literally hundreds of test to discredit K&N. No one can. They have tested AEM,UNI,K&N, and a few others. K&N had the best filtration and flow hands down. I had the knock offs and I pulled them off after one ride, the amount of shit they let through was enough for me to trash them.
dgk30
Yeah wasn't planning on getting knock offs, don't recall saying anything about a knockoff k&n. Also I am not discrediting k&n at all, you'll notice I say they make a great filter, and they do. I was simpy just looking at the comparison of a foam filter vs a k&n for sand use. Thanks for the input but I think we've beat this one to death
sprinklerman
Tacky foam pods and sand = clogged filters fast.
