Ok my last post in the xc/harescramble forum was based mostly on suspension so i was told it was better if i posted it here.

I found these on amazon for pretty cheap, they look to be way better than stock so id like some input on whether i should make the purchase or not

Picture of them

Also upgrades once i have more money will be new a arms,+2 or +4 swing arm,+2/+4 axle, cpi poor man pipes, timing plate,2 uni air filters to replace airbox, and new tires all around.

What brand swing arm/a arm should i go with, what tires, and good axle? Sorry about posting so much,im new.

Yeah ill check around for a set of works,if im buying used id like to find something close so shipping doesn't fuck me up the ass. As for a arms and swingarm what would be a good choice for a fair price?

I think any set of arms are probably better than factory (lighter) but swinger, i would go by preference. Depends if you want to spend the money and go to the round house style.

  • 2 weeks later...

The banshee i got had a complete yfz 450 front end. Do not do it. It makes it really stiff to turn and puts everything in a bind. I rode my banshee once and thought it handled good. Rode my friends banshee that had fullflights and noticed it steered so much easier and handled a whole lot better. I got a set of alba racing a arms off of ebay for only 200$ got new bushings for them and put them on. They make it handle 250% better than stock and definitly better than the yfz conversion.

dont waste your time or money...

get proper banshee a arms and shocks and it will pay off!

BBP Racing on here is going to have front elkas and +2+1 a arms for sale soon.. I would message him and see what he can do for you!

Swinger go round house! lightyears better then stock imo...   JDS has killer deals on them!

Thanks, indeed I will, parting out a trail bike, very soon.

Elkas and lsr arms. Along with a bunch of other good parts.

I will say this, the first time I took my old trail bike for a ride after installing my new Elkas, and full flight a arms, I couldn't believe it, huge difference for the banshee. Suspension would probably be up there in the top 3 first mods needed for a trail banshee, In my eyes
