B.b.p builders
Had my first race this weekend, dirt drags. I almost went over but from a full 12 o'clock wheelie! Almost every race if the bike hooked it came up and I had to let off, sometimes costing me the race. First off my bike is too high, I'm aware of this and I am in the process of sendi g my shocks out to ms to get them shortend. The bike has a +12 swingarm, with +3 forward a arms and stock frame. Motor is 535 cheetah I'm looking for pointers to help with this? Will lowering it be enough?(I'm thinking not) What about taking some balls out of the sling shot? Would this help? Allowing the clutch to slip some? It's not lifting when I leave the line, it lifts shifting to second, or just before. I know a wheelie bar would, but I'm thinking that would be my last resort. Also if you have a stock modified frame with 4-6" added to the front and want to sell it please contact me.
Nightmare
Struts and a wheelie bar will solve that problem.
Nightmare
Or strut the rear and some short marvins on the front.
troyzstang
Build a bar. Safety first. I built mine for $200. Well worth the expense.
special06shee
This^. You'd be foolish not to strut and bar it if its a track bike. I built my bar and struts for under 250.00. Ordered chromoly online, heims and bung kit off ebay, and got a kart wheel and tire off a buddy that races.
special06shee
If you do build one, do some research.. They are super easy to build, and build nice. But ive seen some stupid ass setups.
B.b.p builders
Ok. No shame in running a wheelie bar? Lol. And yes it's going to be a race only bike. I would like to just buy one? Anyone got one for sale let me know. Cause I have been looking at them and they are around 400-450 new.

Deadbeat
12 o`clock on a 12'' arm sounds exciting
troyzstang
Just build it. Super easy. Wicks aircraft has the chrome alloy and heims from ebay. Order 5 - six foot sections of 3/4" .58 thickness alloy. Heims with bungs and a wheel. Good to go.

n2otoofast4u
Is that track smooth enough for struts and a bar? Looks like a rigid in the back ground but the track doesn't appear to be groomed.
B.b.p builders
They groomed it every once in a while, probably 4 times throughout the day
troyzstang
AHHH Yeah. You need a bar or strap a sandbag to the front of that bike. BTW that track looks like shit. Just saying. Carry on
