sprinklerman
Where do these swingarms break? The 2 I saw broke where the carrier housing and tubes meet.I think one also had cracks starting around the pivot tube too.
Sandking
Does JL deal with round tubing his cite just shows square. Fireball is what I have now they are stout.

WINDYCITYJOHN400
JL eng, stellar, Metal tech fab, LSR, avenger. The avenger and metal tech are fuckin nice. Broke me chromoly Metal Tech too. ...but it was a dune arm and I was riding aggressive dirt riding at the Badlands in Indiana.
WINDYCITYJOHN400
Where do these swingarms break? The pipe that the shock/link mounts to twists loose like a twist throttle. The welds hold, but the metal around those welds actually rips. Also the flat plates on the stock carrier arms stress crack.
locogato11283
I am not a fan of tab mounts on a swingarm. Most straight ladder arms for a link use tab mounts. They do end up twisting and cracking the cross tube. When I had Jordan build mine I came up with an idea to do away with tab mounts.
SAVAGE420
That's killer. Next arm I ever buy will be beefed out like that.

Any one looking to get in to racing/off road fabrication needs to spend a few days out west looking at the pre runner/stadium/trophy truck shops. Lotta bench marks are set there for a reason. sheerider11
Isn't that how most houser a arm are set up now
trickedcarbine
If Jordan keeps doing those, both upper tubes could intersect at the mounting point. It would be a bit more bullet proof. Although as it sits now, it's probably not friggin going any where.
