ASV levers

Anyone ever have a problem with their clutch cable being too long with a asv lever ? Motion pro cable was too long to have adequate threads left in the perch so I swapped in an oem with a washer to shim it out at the case hold down and it's working now but is still adjusted out a little more than I like at the perch, and yes the actuator is properly adjusted

Hope not tricked , I got them from atv galaxy any give aways for the fakes ? I do know there is no way I could run the motion pro cable and really the oem was too long before I put an extra washer between the cable and the forks on the case. I don't have another perch to see if the problem persists but since the actuator is actually adjusted to engage just a hair before the alignmen arrow I see no where else for it to be.

Is the ball welded on your shaft?

That will cause your condition.

And a pancake bearing will solve it.....

The ASV clutch lever I got from ATV Galaxy had a cable spacer in with the kit.... It is an aluminum spacer that slips over the cable and shims it away from the adjuster on the lever.... My kit had clutch & brake levers, 2 rotator clamps and dust guards for both levers.
