KAMIKAZE
Just a quick question I currently have shearer sb/sf in frame pipes But wanted to try some out of frames for dunes ect If I buy some sf/sb oof will I have to re jet ? Other mods Cool head 21cc domes 33pwk carbs V4 reeds +4 timing 370cc stock stroke cub I only ask as when I ride trails I would want to use the In frames and wasn't sure how much of a difference just the pipe swap would make Thanks guys Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
locogato11283
Jetting is easy with those carbs. You're likely looking at several jet sizes but you won't know until you've swapped pipes and checked it. You're probably looking at a 5-10HP increase with the out-frames but you're going to lose some bottom end. Remember, out-frames were designed to be run at or close to wide open throttle. Unless you're strictly drag racing it in the dunes I'd stick with your in-frames.
Deadbeat
did you do anything to your crank before you put the cub on?
