I filled out the Banshee digital toolkit with all of my info about my jetting, and it called for 250 main, 42.5 pilot, however, it seems like that may be for Mikuni jets, but I might be wrong.  The carbs I have are PJ carbs, so from my understanding Mikuni jets wont work for mine, is this true, or could somebody suggest what I might need?

My list of mods are:

Keihin PJ carbs 34mm

65 mm pro-lite wiseco pistons/stock cylinders just bored out

T5 pipes/silencers etc

Dual Uni air filter pods/no airbox

Vforce-3 reeds/cages

It will be for 60-90 degrees, and at an elevation of about 1000.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I don't have any jets currently laying around to try out.

Thanks

Even if you were running stock carbs the jets sizes that thing gave you would be way the hell off! Surfjag is right on with his starting point. Also make sure with those PJ carbs you turn the choke knobs all the way down tight to and dont try and set the idle with the knobs while you are trying to jet it.

Yea, it seemed incredibly off, which is why I was thinking there had to be some kind of conversion to keihin, but even that would be way up there in size.  Thanks for the tip with the carbs.  Any suggestions how far out on the air screw once its all said and done?  Ive been suggested to back it out about 2 1/2 turns approximately,

Hope you are running race gas. Dome size and elevation will put you around 175psi.

You are completely right, when I rebuilt the engine I tested it, and it was right at 175 on both sides.  And yes, I am running race gas.  A buddy of mine races his dragster, so he's always got some that I buy from him plus a little extra to boot for him.  It looks like a shop somewhat local to me sells race fuel.  Turbo blue: 100 unleaded, 110, 113 advantage, and 116 extreme, as well as VP Racing fuels, which includes C9, C12, C16, Q16, Motorsports 100, Late model plus, VP113, U4.4, and VPR.  Any recommendations on which would be the way to go?  Was thinking the Turbo blue 100, or 110.
