DTrem13
Hey guys. I'm in the process of rebuilding my first banshee. I put the clutch plates on properly and I'm trying to put the pressure plate on but once all 6 screws and springs are on and torqued, one part of the pressure plate sticks out a little further than the opposite side. I know I'm aligning it the right way (with the arrow on the plate and the dot on the inner clutch basket). I'm out of ideas. Anyone have some tips for me? Thanks! trickedcarbine
Adjuster on the end of the shift rod and ball? Are you trying to reuse those bogus o rings from the factory clutch?
Starwriter
It sure sounds like your pressure plate is not aligned right. Is this how you did it?
