EaCastillo00 Posted June 30, 2014 Report Posted June 30, 2014 I want to know at what range will it affect the performance of my quad? what do they do? are they good, bad, very good? anything you can tell me about them Quote
Burke Posted June 30, 2014 Report Posted June 30, 2014 They're good pipes that move the exhaust gases from the exhaust ports of the engine out the back of the bike at all RPM ranges. Quote
Frankthetank Posted June 30, 2014 Report Posted June 30, 2014 In my experience I would say that the T5 pipes are more of a mid range and topend type of pipe. They are just ok for low end power. For riding the dunes, I would say that they were a lot of fun. When the pipes hit that powerband they hit hard and hold the power thru the top speeds. They were just ok for trails. In my opinion. camatv Posted June 30, 2014 Report Posted June 30, 2014 are you looking to buy new pipes?? or just have a bike with ( bla bla pipes) and are wanting to upgrade.. t-5's are a decent all arounder pipe. they arent a bottom end pipe, not a top end pipe but sound good and run ok. a lot of other things are going to dictate what you bike rides like. motor tune, reeds, porting etc etc can all have an effect. bluebanshee98 Posted July 3, 2014 Report Posted July 3, 2014 You have a pipe that can be sold to help provide money for a better pipe for you motor. Haha Quote
Dixie normus Posted July 3, 2014 Report Posted July 3, 2014 If they are chrome pm me. I have some Fmf fattys I'd work a trade on Quote
willaduncan Posted July 3, 2014 Report Posted July 3, 2014 T5s are a good pipe I like them better than FMFs and PCs, they are good for a mild motor but once you start getting a decent motor you need to upgrade to a drag pipe in or out of frames Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
