hoppedupandcutdown
Did you install TORS eliminator idle screws ? Are you referring to the air screws at 1.5 out? If it won't idle, turn the idle up...
350shee01
I do have them installed and yes, I'm referring to the idle screws. Also, I'm asking about what I have installed now. My pipes should be here tomorrow hopefully and then I'll try and adjust it to the FMFs.
hoppedupandcutdown
Maybe it's just me that's confused, but I would just turn the idle up.
350shee01
I'll try and post a video tomorrow if I can't get it fixed of the problem so you can visibly see and hear what I'm talking about. Right now I'm at work and the video won't load due to the size of the file. So I'll be back on here tomorrow later on and post the video. I'll take all these suggestions given to me thus far and go from there. Hopefully one will work and I can go riding at Little Sahara this weekend. Thanks for all the input so far. Like I said, I'll get back with everyone and everything tomorrow including a video (hopefully) and I (we) can go from there.

03DMshee
Judging by video (which im assuming isnt you) pilot is lean needing choke to stay running...
hoppedupandcutdown
Those ain't stock pipes in the video... Are you calling the air screw the idle screw? <<<Anyway, I ride Waynoka with T5's, K&n, no lid, cool head, 25 pilots and 280 mains and it's a little rich, at these temps but that's OK with me. FYI
350shee01
Well the guy I got it from said they were stock. So I assumed they were because they didn't have any markings on them. And now that I have my FMFs on there, the left side is getting hotter than the right alot faster. And I'm calling the TORS delete idle screw and the A/F screw the air screw. So now that one sides getting hotter than the other and it won't run without the choke, do I need to change my pilot and mains?
hoppedupandcutdown
You will be fine with your 27.5 pilot and a 280 or 290 main. You NEED to check for an air leak. Turn your idle up. There is no way to measure 1 1/2 turns out on the IDLE screw.
350shee01
I checked for it and there's no leaks that I found, and ok. I'll go get some new mains today.
hoppedupandcutdown
How long did it run with those pipes and the small mains? It could be the cold side thats the problem, do a compression test.
350shee01
I only ran it once after I put them in and I rode maybe an hour. I've done a compression test and both are at 135psi. I just went and got new pilots and mains. I got a 30 pilot and 290 main. Andy at No Limit Power Sports suggested them for what I'm running. I also got a tap & dye set to retap the carbs. Andy said my TORS delete screw was jumping threads and it needed to be done. So after I get all of that done, I'll let you know what happens. Nightmare
Those are CPI, why would you swap those for FMF? Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
350shee01
I didn't know what they were. I've never seen or owned CPI. The guy I got the banshee from said they were stock.
