350smokey Posted May 15, 2014 Author Report Posted May 15, 2014 Stock reeds.. I thought I had to up the pilots with the porting and the pipes? Quote
driftingbanshee Posted May 16, 2014 Report Posted May 16, 2014 27.5 or 30 pilot. I'd say closer to a 27.5 but you will def want to get away from the 25. dont talk to morons you only educate them.. Quote
Strm Trpr Posted May 18, 2014 Report Posted May 18, 2014 30 pilots Needle clip middle groove 300 mains 2-2.5 turns out on airscrews Quote
350smokey Posted May 18, 2014 Author Report Posted May 18, 2014 Update, I went with 340 mains, stock needle in 3rd (middle) clip, 30 pilots 1.5 out on the air screw. Its got good bottom end (for a banshee) and its insane top end. my problem is from about 3500-4500rpm it is so flat it has a hard time getting through it in the higher gears.. Plugs after a tank look fairly dry and a light brown colour but the weather is colder then normal so as it warms it will richen up a bit. How do I go about getting rid of the midrange face plant? Strm Trpr Posted May 18, 2014 Report Posted May 18, 2014 I think you are very rich on the main jet. Put in 320 mains and see how that affects the mid-range. Quote
Strm Trpr Posted May 21, 2014 Report Posted May 21, 2014 Just an FYI, note the jetting... http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=148961 Quote
